On June 23, 2020, Lincoln County in the state of Oregon issued a face mask order that exempts non-white people, meaning if you are not white you can be in the city without a face mask, and if you are white you are mandated to wear a mask.

So what they’re saying is that black people are more prone to The COVID and only white people should wear face masks?
