Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft and a tech guru, but with time he has risen to be the leader of the World Health Organization (WHO) without a medical degree, nor education on the subject; he rose to power the old fashioned way, he bought his way in. Being the second biggest investor of WHO, falling behind the United States, which recently halted all funding to WHO on April 14th, 2020 by the President of the United States.
